By accessing or using VibeTraders ("the Service"), operated by Brian Leach ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
VibeTraders is a software platform that connects to your Alpaca brokerage account and provides AI-powered market analysis, sentiment scoring, automated trading suggestions, and trade execution tools. The Service requires you to provide your own Alpaca brokerage account and API keys, as well as your own AI provider API keys.
The Service is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment advisor. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for all investment decisions you make. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, Alpaca API keys, and AI provider API keys. We encrypt your API keys at rest but you acknowledge that you provide them at your own risk. You must not share your account with others.
Paper trading features are available for free. Live trading features require a paid subscription at $19/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The auto-trade feature uses AI to scan markets, select stocks, and execute trades automatically on your behalf through your Alpaca account. By enabling auto-trade, you acknowledge that:
The Service integrates with third-party services including Alpaca Markets (brokerage), Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek (AI providers), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeTraders and its operator shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis or trades will be profitable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
